1. Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.
However, we may offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The product arrived in an unusable condition.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.
3. Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with the same or a similar item, or
- Issue a full or partial refund for the affected product.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Personal taste preferences.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
- Requests submitted after the reporting period.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Any refund request after shipment will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
6. International Orders
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations, customs requirements, taxes, duties, and restrictions applicable in their destination country.
AZIZDATES.COM is not responsible for delays, customs holds, additional import fees, or confiscation of products by customs authorities.
Refunds will not be provided for orders rejected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs due to local regulations.
7. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
