These no-bake Cookie Dough Larabars are a nutritious snack that mimic the delightful taste of cookie dough while being naturally sweetened. Made with wholesome ingredients, they are perfect for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Natural Delights Cacao Pecan Mini Medjools
  • ½ cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or peanuts)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Start by lining a baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring there’s some overhang for easy removal later.
