Bring the summer vibes to your next meal with this flavorful recipe for Grilled Pineapple with Feta, Cilantro, and Medjool Date Strips! Perfect for BBQs or as a tasty 
snack, this  unique blend of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors is sure to impress.
 Recipe 
  Ingredients:
- 2 fresh pineapples, peeled, cored, and sliced into ½-inch rounds
- ½ cup of AZIZDATES Medjool Date Strips, roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
 Instructions:
1.  Mix the Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the Medjool Date Strips, feta cheese, cilantro, and olive oil. Set aside.
2.  Grill the Pineapple: Preheat an outdoor grill or a grill pan on medium-high heat. Brush the pineapple slices lightly with oil, then place them on the grill. Cook each slice for about a minute per side, until you see nic
e char marks.
3.  Assemble and Serve:   Arrange the grilled pineapple on a platter and spoon the date and feta mixture over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy the explosion of flavors!
