Benefits of Organic Medjool Dates
1. Chemical-Free Nutrition
Grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or GMOs. No artificial preservatives or sulfites. Organic farming also helps protect the environment.
2. Maximum Nutrient Retention
Raw dates are unheated and minimally processed. They naturally provide B vitamins, antioxidants and minerals including potassium, magnesium, iron and copper.
3. Natural Antioxidants
Medjool dates contain polyphenols and other antioxidants that can contribute to a balanced diet.
4. Dietary Fiber
Dates provide fiber, which supports normal digestion as part of a varied diet.
5. Natural Energy & Minerals
Natural sugars provide energy, while potassium and magnesium contribute to normal body functions. Dates contain sugars; portion size matters, especially for people managing blood sugar.
6. Environmentally Friendly
Organic farming practices help protect soil, water and biodiversity — a choice for environmentally conscious consumers.

The True Value Behind Aziz Organic Dates
Aziz Dates are not ordinary dates — they are a premium organic product, grown under supervision and passing through meticulous processes from cultivation to packaging. This is what makes the difference in price:
1. Quality classification by skin separation
- Premium grade: 0–5% skin separation. Whole dates with firmly attached skin and an elegant appearance, for export, luxury gifts and customers seeking the highest quality.
- Very good grade (Class A / Standard Premium): 5–15% skin separation. Dates retain their natural shape with slight separation, for daily consumption, restaurants and local and international markets, at a lower price than Premium.
2. Precision in sorting & packing
- Multiple stages of harvesting and manual sorting; each date is carefully hand-selected.
- Non-suitable dates in the packaging do not exceed 1%, so customers receive dates almost entirely free of defects.
3. Washing & cleaning
- Thorough washing and cleaning before packaging produces a clean product suitable for storage and consumption.
4. Testing & quality control
- Aziz Dates are 100% organic, with regular inspections for compliance with food-safety and organic standards.
- Each export shipment undergoes an additional comprehensive quality and food-safety inspection.
5. A different quality standard
- What our farm classifies as Classic Standard is marketed as Premium by many other companies.
- Our standard grade is equivalent to the premium level in the wider market.
