Heart-shaped chocolate date caramels

A sweet gift: date caramel hearts dipped in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate

Method

  1. 1

    Blend dates, almond butter and salt smooth.

  2. 2

    Press into a heart mould and freeze 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Dip in chocolate and sprinkle salt.
