Pecan pie stuffed dates

Ingredients

• 8 Medjool dates
• 8 pecan halves
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of cinnamon and salt

Method

   Toast pecans with maple and cinnamon in a pan for 3 minutes.

   Pit the dates.

   Tuck a pecan into each date and sprinkle salt.
