Toasted coconut in date caramel with chocolate stripes.

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate

Method

  1. 1

    Blend 2 dates with cashew butter into caramel.

    Mix with coconut and stuff 8 dates.

  3. 3

    Drizzle chocolate stripes and chill.
