Coffee-kissed cream and a cocoa dusting.

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese or cashew cream
  • 1 tsp cold espresso
  • Cocoa for dusting

Method

  1. 1

    Brush inside the dates with espresso.

    Fill with the cream.

  3. 3

    Sift cocoa over and chill 15 minutes.
